FROM THE GROUND UP.
In 1963, Shri Gangaram Singh laid the foundation of Shramajeevi Modern Industries in Davanagere, Karnataka. What began as a humble beginning grew from a simple vision — to build dependable machinery for India's agricultural and grain-processing industry.
His belief in practical engineering, quality workmanship and long-lasting relationships became the foundation of Shramajeevi. That same philosophy continues to guide the company even today.

Shramajeevi Modern Industries began its journey in 1963 under the leadership of Shri Gangaram Singh. The company initially manufactured machinery for rice mills operating in and around Davanagere, one of Karnataka's important agricultural regions.
By understanding the everyday challenges faced by millers, the company developed machines that were strong, practical, easy to maintain and suitable for continuous operation. Over the years, our manufacturing capabilities expanded to serve groundnut processors, turmeric units, dal mills, millet processors, maize units, wheat processors, seed-processing plants and other agricultural industries.
